Killer Elite เป็นผลงานกำกับของ แกรี่ แม็คเคนดราย สร้างจากเหตุการณ์จริงที่นำมาเขียนเป็นนวนิยายจนโด่งดังยอดขายถล่มทลายในชื่อ The Feather Men ก่อนที่จะถูกนำมาสร้างเป็นภาพยนตร์ที่รวมพลครั้งสำคัญของนักแสดง เจสัน สเตทแธม, ไคลฟ์ โอเว่น,โรเบิร์ต เดอ นิโร จากทีมผู้สร้าง Transportor และ The Bank Job พร้อมด้วยทีมงานเบื้องหลังจาก Terminator Salvation,Die Hard4 และ I,Robot ทั้งฉากบู๊แอคชั่นสุดระห่ำทำให้นึกถึงยุค 80นักสืบอังกฤษที่ทำคดีกลุ่มนักฆ่ารับจ้างเลือดเย็นที่ออกอาละวาดระหว่างปี 1977 ถึง 1990 ทั้ง 3 มือปืนขนานนามตัวเองว่าเดอะ คลีนิค ตามรอยและสังหารเจ้าหน้าที่ถึงสี่คน นักฆ่าแต่ละคนต่างแสดงออกไม่โดดเด่นไปกว่าคนปกติทำให้ไม่สะดุดตาแต่พวกเขาก็ถูกไล่ล่าไปจนถึงทะเลทรายอาหรับ นักสืบใช้เวลาถึง 14 ปีไล่ล่าชนิดหายใจรดต้นคอเพื่อตามตัวคนเหล่านี้มาลงโทษจนมาประสบความสำเร็จในฤดูใบไม้ร่วงปี 1990 กฎหมายอังกฤษกลับมาศักดิ์สิทธิ์อีกครั้ง และการยืนยันว่าธรรมะย่อมชนะอธรรม
